Clutch grabs by floor

hey guys, im not very familier with tranny problems. my clutch grabs by the floor and iv gotten tired of it. Could i get some suggestions on what could be wrong? iv bleed my master/slave and read a bit and was wondering about a possible "adjustment" i could do to them.

Had the same problem when i installed a new clutch. I followed the adjustment video Coupe_nasty posted and my problem was solved.
