when i drive the wheel jerks to the right little by little, comes to a point and stops. each time it jerks it makes a clunk noise at the front passenger side(right) suspension.

I figured it was a balljoint and replaced the lower one on the right side front. no luck it's still there.

i know its not alignment cause it wouldnt make a clunking noise each time it jerks. It's more prominent at low speeds. anyways my steering rack is also bad (it shifts a little left and right) could that be it? i was also thinking tie rods.

what do u guys think?

Jack your car up, if you can move your wheel in and out its a tie-rod. if you can pry the bal joint and move it its the baljoint, check your suspension, also check your breaks, how do you rotors look? after you drive it for a minute with some breaking is that wheel significantly hotter then the rest? check your axle boots, make sure they're fully intact

well there is a slight wobble in the 3 o clock and 9 o clock positions. its not my ball joints since i just replaced em. its not my rotors/brakes becasue its as hot as the rest of them after driving. so its either tie rods, steering rack or cv joints. but as far as the steering rack i dont know i it'll make any noise relating to wheel speed. and as far as tie rods i dont know if that'll also make any noise other than pull to the right. the only other logical thing is cv joint since it rotates with the wheel

the cv joint, would that make the car pull to the right with a clucking relating to wheel speed?

What do you mean wobble at the 3oclock and 9oclock position? The cv joints could definitely do it, i ran my for a while with my boots cracked, all the greece spilt out, and it would clunk and shake like crazy. check the boots, its shoudl be pretty visible if its split. theres two on each axle, each side. Check the tie rod arm and try pulling in and out on that.
