i have a 98 gsx and when im going slow i have a clicking sound comming from the drivers side front tire. only when im going slow or when i stop i can hear it and feel it in my pedal kinda. also when i take off from a stop it clicks or if i go over a speed bump slow. help please!

Sounds like the boot on your cv axle has torn letting all the grease out. Check it, likely you will need a new axle which can be replaced for around $100 or so and can do yourself.

I have the same problem as well, would this also apply to me? I am a 95 GST.

Most likely. Easiest way to check is to turn your wheel as far as it goes in either direction, then get out and look at the rubber boot on the axle. If it's torn and your hearing clicking while turning or accelerating the axle needs replaced.

How much does it cost to replace axles usually? For a 2G to be specific.

My 1g axles were around $100 or so less the core charge. If you have a shop do the work it shouldn't take more than an hour to replace both front axles.
