Choice of pistons..

I bought the shelf Ross 9811's. They come with spirolox. Do i have to get the small ends of my early 1G rods machined for these pins? Should they be bushed if i do get them resized? Soory this sounds newbie, I've always used cast pistons and press fit pins.
