That tip is way too long. If you could tuck it into the bumper some more it would look great. Hows it sound? Isnt a wideband o2 sensor supposed to be farther away from the turbo? I have mine in my test pipe.

looking good ,,how close is the muffler tip to the back bumper ..from the pics it looks close and the heat from the tip might melt the bumper ,,just what I see but all in all it looks great ,,,

Yeah I also think the tip is a bit long, tho I choose this one for its resonator qualities. Maybe it can be shaved and re-welded. The tip is about 1/2 inch from the bumper.. so far it hasn't melted after a few 30 min drives. I hope this wideband o2 bung is in a good spot, the guy who did the work recommended this spot based on 4 years personal experience, but we'll see. Oh yeah its a v-force muffler. Stay tuned for a sound clip.

Just take a dremel and cut an inch off the tip.

Cost was $685 (CAN) parts and labour

It feels like it revs a bit faster over the stock system, the power difference is noticable but not significant. The rest of the engine is still stock, so I imagine this exhaust will help out more in the 500hp range (one day heh).

Ok the fitment of the manifold was hell.. yes I did have to grind down one of the studs to clear a runner, I also had to grind like 1/8 inch off the upper half of the bolt, and off the wrench to torque it down. I also noticed that one of the runners hit the head before the 2 surfaces mated. I ended up grinding about 1/8 inch off the head, and I also smashed the runner flat in one spot to fully clear the head.

I get a lot of heat in the engine bay (discolored plug cover, oil seeping from oil cap), any tips to further reduce the temps? The performance shop recommended a methanol injection kit (on boost only)

I *really* like the manifold. Heck, I like it better than the exhaust. :)

Yeah I would try to get it to not stick out past the bumper so much and move it down a little bit so its not touching the bumper.

As everyone said, yeah tip sticks out too far. I dont think you will be able to cut the tip any, without ruining the resonator crap on the inside.
Also, I wouldnt expect that manifold to last more than a few months. I ran a few cheap manifolds on my car, so I know hows that turns out.
