check engine light came on and the car started shaking

hey i just got a 95 gsx and it was fine for awhile, but the other day the check engine light came on and the car started shaking like it was about to stall. This only happens when it is in 4th or 5th gear in the low rpms....i think has something to do with the tubro because if i step on the gas hard it works fine......i got the light checked and it said misfire any thoughts on the problem, thanks.

well im guessing miss fire check plugs wires ect... get a good set of bpr6es's and a new set and it should be fine...

if the problem continues, boost leak tests, compression test ect..

Check plugs and double check how you run your plug wires. If they are zipped tied together or whatever. The spark you could say could jump from one wire to another causing a cylander to fire when its not supose to

Just wondering how fast you’re going in 4th or 5th. I know they are heavy gears. Unlike a v8, a 4cyl can get kind of picky with low rpms.

fist time it happend i was was doing 70 on the parkway in 5th
