Cheap OEM ebay Head lights

This site may earn a commission from merchant affiliate links, including eBay, Amazon, and others.

I looked on ebay for that Venture shield, but they dont have any for dsm.

I should have mentioned that I too have not found anyone selling the pre-trimmed film for Eclipses so you should look for the bulk film (sold by the lineal foot or square foot).

I don't know the 1G lens sizes but for a single 2G headlamp you'll need a piece about 24" wide x 8" tall. I recommend buying a 24"x 24" piece and that will do three lights (so you have one piece for practice if you goof).

Heres a few pics of them.

I have a question that I do not believe has been answered. I saw that someone (maybe the OP) said there were gaps with these headlights. Can someone verify that these headlights are the same size as stock and fit the same as stock? I have a friend with a 2g with 2 cracked headlights.

OMG If they had those when I bought my halos I would have got those for sure. The only reason I got the halos is because I couldn't find any OEM style lights for under $200. :hmm: Maybe I can sell my halos to my dumb friend who really really wants them for $100, spend the extra $30 and get these. It sounds cruel but he would probably still go along with it even if he knew the whole deal.

heck ill buy your halos. haha

Wow bringing this back up just to post this..

Apparently you have not seen how much a SINGLE OEM light cost, and if they even still have them new as these cars get older and older.

It has already been proven these are close if not an exact 1:1 replica.

Agreed. Most automotive suppliers hold and 'maintain' tooling for parts for about 10 years after EOP. Since we are now on 11 years after EOP, any inventory the dealer has will likely be all they will ever have, and be quite expensive.

This is where aftermarket companies come in. They often buy the old tool, or re-tool to produce the same part. Since it doesn't have to meet the OEM PPAP requirements, or even DOT requirements, they can be had for less.

It also has already been proven that those "exact" replicas from Keystone have horrible beam patterns. They look OEM but perform like the cheap aftermarket lights they are. See my earlier post with photos.
