Charged Air? Are they still alive?

*Is charged air still alive?
1.)I ordered a FPR from charged air over a month ago.
-When I e-mailed before I bought it, they responed really quickly, and insured me that the part was in stock.
-After I bought the part, they wouldn't return my e-mails to tell me if they shipped it or not.
2.)It took a while, but I finally got my part.
-The part didn't work.
3.)I e-mailed them, and they told me to send it back for an exchange.
4.)I sent it back, havent heard from them since.

*What can I do?
-I bought the part 12-30-03. Can I still call my credit card company for a refund?

I live not too far from where Charged Air used to be located at but they closed their shop and from what I heared theat they are doing business out of their garage. Sorry to hear about your part but I would talk to the Credit Card company about it.

I ordered form Charged Air also. I ordered an AFPR. An emial told me they had payment and its been a month now and no part. I call them a few times a wekk and I get no answer. I emailed them twice and dotn get any email back. I hate havent $130 some dollars taken from me for something that I havbe to wait for a month for....I dont even knwo if I am going to get the part....

I am also waiting, this is the 3rd week! I can't get an answer from them as nobody answers the phone and their website is no-longer working. I have just left 2 messeges and 1 fax. I hope I get the afpr and don't loose my $. I hope this is just a misunderstanding and we all get our stuff.

P.S.---I will respond if I here anything from them!

Yeah this is terrible. I havent gotten anything from them as far as in form of communication or a product (yet).

This seems to be VERY common with charged air as its posted frequently. However I must close this thread since it is a vendor related subject.

For future reference, you guys should order your AFPR from www.fullthrottlespeed.com I got mine there and it came fast.
