She's repainted! Celtic Blue Pearl is indeed a 3 stage color. Base color is B59. The other two are not recorded anywhere the dude at the auto paint store could find. I believe him since he's been the auto paint guy for a good 25+ years. We ended up adding Violet M110 and Red M141 pearl to the clear coat to get the illusion of the 3 stage color. It's not a perfect match but it's about as close as you'll get.
