my car wont pass emissions. I had a cel that was fuel trim problem. Im failing Co. Is this related? The car dosent smoke and runs great. Please help.

Doesn't your apex DP eliminate your catalitic conveter? If so you are not going to pass emissions without one. If you have not done so alredy, put your stock DP and cat back on and retest.

It probably is related.

CEL fuel trim means either you are too rich or too lean, both affect the CO.

I put the stock exaust on before my emissions. A guy up at checkers said to take it in and have the fuel system flushed. Ive never heard of that. thanks for the responses.

no dont do that, its like doing an engine flush it wont do anything AT ALL but waste your time money and a tank of gas. Fuel trim codes are mostly caused by bad o2s or a bad ecm. What exact cel did you have so I can go to the right pin point test. I personally had three fuel trims and all three were from o2s.
