carbon on exhaust tip

I have had my new exhaust sytem for two days and there is already a carbon layer on the inside of my tip. Does that mean I am running too Rich or too Lean and is there a solution to fixing that?

Too rich and its normal.

Yep. Dsm's naturally run rich. I have the same thing that your describing.

Get used to it until you get some kind of fuel management. If you don't have cats then it will be worse, so it happens.
