420A Car Won't Start Or Even Crank After Lowbeams Short....

I recently purchased HID, and there was a current on one of the lights. I smelt an electric burn. The vehicle died a minute later. I removed the burned bulb and melted plastic and disconnected the bulb clip so it to just two wires.

I thought the short drained my battery, but it it is in full charge. The terminals on the battery are also clean. I replaced the Ignition switch moteur with a new 30A fuse and it shorts and burns every time I try to start the car. I disconnected the low beams on both headlights.

Is there a relay or other fuse I'm not catching that's shorting my 30A ignition switch? Keep in mind the car doesn't even light or crank when I try to start

It is highly possible that something melted like zero said. Are the low beam wires touching any of the car or eachother when you try and start it?
No they are not. I Moved them to opposite ends and then put electrical tape on the ends

It seems at this point i have to chase wires to find out what the problem is. Not sure what wire leads to the engine starter

I definitely would look for a fried wire then.. It can be a PITA but it at least kinda gives you a starting point. Good luck!
 
I was just wondering what relay/wire is connected to the passenger side headlight might cause the short? Putting the key on the ignition is the same as a dead battery. Nothing lights up
