Car wont start, new ECU, MPI not engaging

Whats up guys. Here is the problem, about a month ago I fried my ecu, how I dont know how it fried, now I finally got a new one put it on and car turned but it hessitated to start, finally started but crappy, then it died. tried to crank it up again and now I have no spark or fuel. checked my MPI end it is not engaging. what can my problem be?

There is a fuel control relay right behind the ECU. Unplug it and plug it back in and see what happens. It's a small square metal box mounted by the lower right corner of the ecu. It's bolted there with 2 8mm bolts.

are you talking about the MPI relay?
