Car wont start!! Clicking from seat belt motors!

Hey guys, I got a big problem. My car won't start or even turn over at all. All I hear is a clicking noise coming from the seat belt motor adn now the seat belts won't even move when I open the door. Can somebody help me please

did you check your battery?

what have you done to try to determine the problem???
So far sounds like a dead battery!

sorry guys Im just going crazy. I havent tried the battery but I will do that right now. I just removed the main fuse from the engine compartment to stop the clicking.

I feel so stupid..I cleaned the battery posts and teh cables and what do you know the car started. Thanks alot for the quick replies.
