So I have searched soo many threads already but nothing is helping?
I have a 2G eclipse 98 GSX, turbo, 5spd,
and It wont rev pass 4k?????
no codes, oil is full, so i don't know what it could be?
help please.

Please update your profile so we know what mods your running. Problem will be very different from a stock 2g to a built 1000whp 2g.. LOL Whats all under the hood?? :D

Check for boost leaks. If you dont know how, just google 'boost leak test dsm'. Is your base timing set properly to 5*?

Maybe some more information will be needed to solve this one does it idle funny then die or just idles fine then wont rev past 4k and when your trying to drive it does it act flooded or just totally lack of power. I would look at the plugs and wires to see if there saturated and have proper spark. also like mentioned above check everything on the air side to make sure you don't have any major air leaks causing it to run lean or rich. is it making any funny noises how many miles is on motor? I would also maybe do a compression test at the end if nothing else works to make sure the motor is good to go before spending any money on it.

the car does idle kind of high at first then settles for around 1000-1500
car basically has stock internals, running a 14b turbo, aem ems
but it wont rev past 4000 while in neutral. and as i speed up its lack of power
and the boost gauge is telling me itll hit 1-4 psi and as i left off itll go back to vacuum

Ya the stock turbo should put out 8 psi or so check for boost leaks for that problem or your turbo needs replaced. I would check your spark plugs see if your getting good spark and that all plugs are still good to go. If there is a plug that's saturated in fuel then I would recommend doing a compression test since your already there and that can determine the route you need to go. If your compression is good then at least you know you have a good engine and can start with plugs wires and so on and so on but I wouldn't spend any money on the car till you know you have something good to work with.
