After a recent clutch install, my car began to vibrate when stopped. It only does this when idling. If I rev it up, the vibration smoothens and goes away.

I replaced the plugs and coil pack thinking it was a misfire in the ignition. Will test the wires tomorrow to rule that out, but I don't think it's ignition related. Please help!

Yes make sure you tighten up all ## motor mount and transmission mounts, also check the linkage and extra to see if the clutch is fully disengaging when u depress the peddle. What does you car idle at?? it could just be a low idle problem too.

What brand of clutch are you using? Did you make sure that both transmission dowels were in place before you installed everything back together. A lot of people who have disc problems especially with the ACT clutch don't have the alignment right because of the dowels and the springs pop out of the disc. The assembly will vibrate and feel out of balance until the spring finally pops out. Good luck

It's a Spec Stage 1 for an n/t eclipse. The modular kit comes all assembled. Only 1 way to put it in. Car idles at around 800. If I hold it at exactly 1000, the vibration gets rougher. Goes away once I hit about 1300rpm.

I checked all the bolts. If this was a mounting problem, it would get worse when I give it more gas right?
