Well I have no idea how to check right now since I'm busy but I'm wondering if anyone can guess or hint at what it might be? I was driving to a restaurant and shifted to third, the car then had a weird sound to it and shakes, not extremely violent but it shakes. I parked it and did a quick peek and the engine sounds different and it shakes. I can't really describe the sound. It had a CEL but then it disappeared and won't come back. It still making the sounds and shaking. I checked my fluids and all of them appear normal, haven't checked the coolant because its hot. I limped it to the nearest parking lot until I can get it home. Also, noticeable powerloss with the turbo, I have a 14b, it spools up but doesn't have the same strength, I did it as a simple test and it just doesn't have the power it that it had before this happened. Even in neutral it still acts rather odd, not as bad as when its in gear but it still shakes and makes the weird noises.

Also a couple other things:

Before this the car had a hardtime starting, I changed the plugs, wires, and the battery and it starts up fine but it does still hesitate. Only saying this in case it is relevant.

Specs:

1997 Spyder GS-T
14b Turbo
Everything else is stock.

Yea check the plugs and if you can do a compression test. Is your oil pressure normal. I know this is probably obvious but try not to drive it unless you absolutely have to in case something is about to let go, you can prevent further damage and expenses. Good luck man.

It was the plug wires... Stupid of me but I swore I tied them down because I bought some cheap temporary ones but they were a bit too long, the timing belt shred one of the cables. While it was on I didn't notice and I got shocked big time. Shit hurt like hell. Oh well, atleast I know what it was now haha. Noobie mistake but hey.
