so this morning i started my car ( please refer to my profile for a list of mods ... megasquirt ems ) started fine and sounded normal . about 10 min later i went back outside and it was running very rough . idling at about 1,000 rpms which is normal for my car . when trying to drive it it sputters and just has no power and runs really rough ! what do you guys think it is ? spark issue maybe ? any help appreciated!

Do your RPMs raise slow or normal?

My car skipped timing once and it was one tooth off. It still ran but it sounded terrible and it was really sluggish. You can tell when this happens because it causes the RPMs to raise really slowly.

its normal . it was find then i let it warm up for about 10 min and when i went back out it was runnin rough . idk what would have happened in the 10 min of idling to make it run rough

Did it sound like it was missing, or could you smell gas from the exhuast?

Other then that, I have had both my DSM's run really wierd, but not be missing, just won't idle right, and have no power, if the MAF sensor is bad or unplugged. You might want to double check it.

its has always ran rich with the stand alone . but yes it has been smelling really rich . the stand alone has a built in 3 bar sensor . ill check it out tho . thanks for the help . anyone else have and ideas ?

check for ic pipes that may have come loose. It happens, sometimes just with the past of time. It happened to me, the car would not know how much air is entering the engine and it runs like shi*.
