car not accelerating and breaking up blt done

well like the title says my car in 1st i can get up to 20mph so around 3000 rpm and then it starts to break up and sounds like anti lag so obviously i let out but this isnt even when making boost it does it regardless i did a blt up to 20 psi im only on 13psi for now still tuning i have a boost leak at the injector seals not that bad at all though and i dont know why its doing it i changed the plugs wires coil ptu everything and it is still doing it and now im stumped

it runs great up till that point and 3rd gear does the same at 55mph

So what are you tuning with? Sounds like it's knocking all over the place...?

Using link v3 full and my knock sensor is not working properly hense why i havent tuned for any more or try to make boost and its holding steady 5* timming i know i need this fixed but short on cash right now

Does anyone think maybe a crappy fuel pump rewire would cause this previous owner has it done with speaker wire and dont look very good
