car likes to start cold but not hot

I have a 1991 gsx and my car starts on the first crank when it's cold - between 20 and 40 degrees but, every time I leave it in the shop all day it take about 5-7 cranks to start. What could cause this problem. Also when the engine is fully warm it will start just fine.

Maybe fuel pressure solenoid? i would also check the little seal in the pump assembly that goes where the pump meets the fuel hat.

Would there be any other symptoms for my coolant temp sensor? I will try to look at the fuel pressure solenoid and the seal to.
