Car dies after 45sec. and....

i am working on a 7-89 Eagal Talon. the problem is the car dies after 45 seconds and will not restart for about 4 hours. sometimes it will not restart. We have checked and the car is still getting fuel but no spark... any ideas? im lost. I thought at first the ignition module may have gone bad but its a 5 wire and i cant find any diagrams. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Swap parts between plugs to ECU, it's gotta be one of those.

I'd pull the ECU make sure the capacitors are OK.

How did you check for spark?

What capacitors in the ECU are you talking about, do i have to have a wiring schematic of an ECU or what. I dont know where to start.

Do you have any extra CAS around I would try swapping one of those then an ecu to test and see if it still shows the same symptoms.

Once you locate them, check to see if they're leaking acid on to the circuit board.
