Car cranks but won't turn over

The car started and ran fine all week, and early this morning. Went to start it, everything seemed normal in the second key position all the electrical components work correctly.

Turn the key and the car just cranks but never fires up, battery is fine as are the terminals. Never ran into this problem before so I'm trying to get an Idea of what I should be looking for to fix.

is the fuel pump or ecu turning on?have you checked all the fuses?do you have spark or fuel injector signal? its common to see either the mfi relay or the ecu go bad without warning

Check the fusible links under the hood, listen for fuel pump turning on, check for spark. Pull ecu and check capacitors. My guess is ECU.

I think we have a winner. Time for a new ecu with some resoldered caps my friend.

PS, cranks means turns over. In this case it cranks or turns over, but doesn't fire.
