I got a 14b recently and today i was testing it. I noticed that if I run from a roll at 3rd or 2nd gear, the car builds about 18-19 psi's but the car won't run as if its getting that psi's.

The car sounds like its making power out of that psi's and the turbo spooling sounds loud, so is the engine. it seems that its working hard. but yet no power is applied to the wheels.

What are my options ?

Also my FPR is at 38psi and sometimes I hear the car backfiring repeatedly.

I hardly think it might be clutch, since Ive had this clutch for about 3 months or so WTF

Anyway I'll try and check

I have that same exact problem, my boost spools up to about 10-11 psi, and i feel nothing, if anything it's holding it back. My exhaust gets LOUD as the psi builds. It's like the turbo's actually doing the opposite of what its meant to do.

You're running an awful lot of boost for stock shit.

Log your car, ten bucks says you're detonating the crap out of it.

Updates on my situation:

Still no changes, but negative ones.

In the beggining I had this backfiring issue when the turbo spiked up to 18 or 19 psi's

As of today, the car wont go past 10psi without starting this annoying backfiring, I mean when I go WOT the car builds 10psi's and after that, it starts smoking a very dense black smoke ( as if its running rich ) but in the other hand, my EGT gauge rockets just as if Im running lean

FPR set at 40psi's at the moment, Ive been trying lowering the psi's but yet it keeps doing the same thing
