Can'tfigure out my problem!

My car just died while I was driving. It is throwing the Air/Fuel metering, but now the car won't even fire. I do have the 3" MAF and Full throttle MAFT. Let me know what you think my prob might be.

I am going to rebuild it but it might take some time. So I was wanting to find a used head for now. If you hear of anything let me know. Thanks Guys

I got the answer about the head today, and there waws no damage at all. III know I am very lucky. I did find out there is a dead capacitor in my MAFT and am still waiting on it to get fixed, but will be back on the road by this weekend. THx for all of ## help guys.
