Alright well, I'm posting for a friend, but he drives a NA eclipse.
He has an intake and i think a custom made exhaust, i think his exhuast is a catback. its pretty much stock.
he took his car to go get DEQ'd and it failed. It did pass with flying colors with CO2 and the other thing, but for N02 he failed. Passing was 3.00 and he got like 4.00.
So what does he have to do?
Any help would be much appriciated.
