I did a 1g swap including 1g transmission everything was working except sometimes was difficult to get into gear. The car will no longer shift if you start it in gear it will try to move the car so the clutch is always engaged. I have replaced the slave cylinder and master I removed the tranny and inspected the pressure plate and clutch without removing as the pressure plate everything looked good throw out bearing and fork were replaced as well as the ball for the fork. I have blead the clutch like 20 times and its stiff but will not completely disengage. The only thing I can think of is there is a issue with the clutch which is a pretty new southbend kevlar 3+ ACT2600 OEM bearing. The 2g tranny has a extra cylinder on the tranny the 1g doesnt have what is that I didnt use it could that be my issue? Like I said it did work but was hard to shift a few times during the about 100 miles on it. previous 500 were put on the clutch that had a failed flywheel which could have cause the clutch to get some uneven surface on it. I just wanna know if anybody has experieced this or has any ideas!
