420A Can't find where to hook up the other end of this hose

I have a 1999 eclipse RS all stock and I have to drop the fuel tank and clean it due to rust. I have found where to hook back up all the hoses but one. I'm in no way a mechanic and just learning. could someone tell me where this hose hooks to? and what the part it is attacked to is called

Based on size and location, I believe that is the line for the pressure relief/check valve.

Worst case, you'll figure out where it goes after everything else is hooked up and there's still an open port.

everything is hooked back up and that hose is not hooked to anything still. the hose your pointing to on the tank goes to the metal line right behind it. I have fully hooked everything back up and the car runs fine without it attached. but when I fill the tank it leaks out it if I try to fill it past the auto shutoff on the pump.

More information on the issues. The hose I'm talking about is number 5 in the diagram. But don't know where it hooks to.
