Oh ok, that would make sense why she seems like she got no balls at all, I wonder what the top one is for?The lower one should be the timing adjustment connection. I think it’s a white wire with a black stripe.
Okie dokie that makes sense with the way my car is running especially upon startup and idling, and most significantly while driving it seems way slower than what it should be these have been disconnected since I bought the car last Friday.Lower one is the engine speed adjustment connector. The ignition timing adjustment connector is a 2-pin with only one wire, yellow with red stripe.
The other I’d guess at being for the EGR Solenoid. Two wires: one red and the other brown with white stripe. The location matches for a 2.0L non-turbo.
Okay this top one says O.D and looks like somebody filled the holes with some sort of gunk? And then the lower one I can't find what it would plug into?Lower one is the engine speed adjustment connector. The ignition timing adjustment connector is a 2-pin with only one wire, yellow with red stripe.

Ok, I just checked on the Cali and fed thing. Thank you for your time. The engine speed adjustment connector is for diagnostic purposes. It does not plug into anything.
That’s likely (old) dielectric grease in the two-pin plug. It may not connect to anything, depends on if your car was made for California or Federal emissions. If Cali, it would plug into a solenoid that looks like it should be mounted on the firewall. If Federal, nothing.
