I was replacing the balanceshaft belt... and well I forgot to take off the sensor.. heard a crack. I tried crazy glue to put the 2 pieces together, but that doesn't seem to be working. No spark :( timing is good.
There doesn't seem to be anything mechanical or electrical in the piece that broke off, or anything inbetween them, except there's a magnet. Anyone have any ideas?
Used cps will go for 40$

Yeah, glue wont hold because of the force of the magnet.

How much did you pick one up for? I think I have one laying around that I could have just sent you....

Wish you would have said that earlier. :( 40$ for a stupid mistake....
The glue actually held the piece, but i don't think it was even or something... O well.
Thanks Gary @ MitsubishiGraveyard.

$40? Christ, if you added a zero to the end of that, you still couldn't get a CAS for a 1Ga. They're asking $450-600 for a new third-party unit to replace the olive-top. So don't cry too hard over forty bucks. :b

I don't suppose you still have that crank sensor layin around do you 99gst_racer? Devilsperm and I have been trying to get my talon started for about 5 months now and we narrowed it down to my crank sesnor. I'd be glad to take that off your hands... :thumb:
