Can you flip the bov on a 1g?

I have a 91 gsx with some mods and I have been modding it as well. First off I have been fixing all the stupid stuff the other owner did. Now I want to recirculate the bov cause its not. I have aftermarket ic piping and the bov is pointed in a bad direction to the point that I cannot recirculate it. Can I flip the bov 180 on the flange that it bolts up to? basically turn my bov around without cutting the flange and flipping the flange as well?Thanks guys

Sweet. I did recirculate it on saturday but it was a huge headache. I had to use some parts from the hardware store. It looks great but is just a temp set up. I dont use hardware parts to fix or modify my cars but I wanted to see the differnce in having it hooked up , it was huge. runs better. pulls quicker inbetween shifts and no more rich fuel smell. i can take my sunroof off without getting a headache. Cool. I will flip it and shorten my return pipe and take some bends out of my purge travel... Thanks guys!
