Can someone point me in the right direction???

alright, i have a 95 talon ESi n/t, of course. i want to turbo it. i have read alot of posts and threads from people that have done it and how things turned out shortly after install, but i have yet to find a thread that actually tells me what i will need to do it and what will and will not work. i am fairly mechanically inclined myself, so i will go at this on my free time. if anyone can point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.
