Can someone identify these wires?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but wtf are these wires?

Car is a 90 GSX, and I bought the car sans radio.

EDIT: These wires are from the radio area of the dash panel. They appear to be from the factory wiring harness?

Thanks for your help folks.

does your cig lighter work? that black connector thing holds a bulb which i'm assuming is for your cig lighter. that'd be my guess anyways...

Oh, good call! Its the cig lighter, ashtray light, etc from the center console. Don't know why the guy cut them, but oh well.

Thanks!

 The lighter was disconnected in my 2G when I bought it. Either for the reason above or maybe someone get lazy when taking out the center console.

I'm opting for the guy was lazy. I found that he popped the connectors that hold the trim over the seatbelt track, and he put it back up with velcro and adhesive.

Actually the pillar trim or "trim cover over the seatbelt track" come with patches of velcro from the factory.

The previous owner of your car most likely used the cig lighter power and ground as power source for aftermarket gauges or other accessories like turbo timer or aftermarket fuel computer.
