Can anybody here ID these rims? They look like Rota Subzeros, but are Unilug (and I can't find an image of a Unilug Rota Subzero) or a Racing Hart CP-035, but there's that little lip where the center cap resides (and I can't find an image of a CP-035 with that little raised lip). Anybody out there got any other ideas?

They are a 4x100 though, not likely to have a 4x114.3 to go with it. Either way they're going to be a form of replica, I wouldn't sweat too much about which brand.

The reason I'd like to know what brand they are is because of the difference between the Racing Hart and the Rota brands. The Racing Hart CP-035s are forged (the metal is heated up and pounded into shape) whereas the Rota Subzeros are cast (the material is melted and poured into shape). Forged rims are generally lighter and/or stronger. Knowing the manufacturer might let on to the manufacture process. Thanks again.

They will be cast, and it will be obvious by the weight. If they're 17s, cast will be ~20 lbs, while a 17x8 Racing Hart will weigh in the 15lb range. Racing Hart/Sprint Hart are forged and some of the lightest wheels on earth for their sizes, but I don't think they ever came with a center cap option, and I've certainly never seen a set of them with provision for one.
