i am in the process of installing a new O2 elim pipe. The stock O2 sensor is a 21 or 22mm socket, i dont have that so i am thinking about bolting on the new O2 eliminator pipe and running it without the sensor. Will that cause any problems?

be cheaper to go by the wrench i would think:confused: , and with the o2 throwing a c.e.l, better have a gas pump at home, like above 2-4mpg sucks. Trust me i know:mad:

I think you are getting the exhaust manifold oxygen sensor and the rear cat oxygen sensor confused.

The o2 sensor at the manifold is importand, and will disrupt power, mpq, etc..

The rear cat o2 sensor isn't as functional to the ecu, but can still throw a CEL. hence, the need for something like this.

there is also a vfaq to make a circuit to eliminate the CEL.
