Can BG synchroshift II fix my grinding issue?

Hello, I have this small grinding issue, do you think bg will help?

haha, actually, I just swapped in a TRE tranny. and I like the taller 5th gear,

MAN i dont want to swap out my nice new BG Synch II in 500 miles, talk about a waste.
 
The problem was origionally a Wheel bearing, you know the kind, where you hear it, and you know what it is, but its a (ill get to that later) kinda thing. soooooooo you wait too long, and basically in this case,it locked up, and it grenaded the tranny.
 
Wow that's crazy! I remember looking under my car and seeing that same EXACT picture! Don't know what exactly cause it but mine always made alot of noise, then I wrecked my car. It didn't immediatly happen but the noise got louder and louder. Then it wouldn't shift. Got under there and saw the same exact thing. Crazy.
