hey guys i want to upgrade cams in my 95 gsx what would be the best cams to get.
how big of lift can i go for more power and the best streetability and what other upgrades would be needed. im not building a race car i just want a little more power than stock and wicked sounding idle. thanks

A 264/272 combo from HKS is a popular street/strip combo.

but you cant just say 272s or 264s will work because each brand has a different lift.

264/272 combo will work for you with a t25. It'll work with a 14b or 16g as well. HKS is what you need. Kelfords would be too big of a lift. You don't need to upgrade springs with HKS either.

When i installed my skunk2's i noticed a nice difference in mid-range power. Top end won't gain much at all with the t25. Idle won't be that aggressive either. But you wont be able to get the idle you are wanting with a drop in cam.

With your current mods you'd be better off putting money into something else.

What power level are you looking for and how much do you plan on spending?
