ok so i posted a thread a few days ago but i cant find it to edit it so i guess ill make a new one. i wasnt very clear on the last post so this is what i want to kno. if you take the cams out of the head, the valves all slam shut right? so when you go to put cams back in, how do you rest the valves? do you just keep the timing has marks on the cam gears lined up and tighten down the cam or what?

Yes, put them in the correct place and tighten the caps gradually. No sweat man, put the crank a little off tdc if you are overly tense. Tres...

look man you need to pull all the lifters out and bleed them.you need to find a needle or wire that fits in the lifter hole.put the needle perfectly straight in the hole while sqeezing the head of the lifter .if you do this right you will notice the lifter will become springy and not hard like when you first removed them .when your done bleeding all of them then you can put them back in and the cams etc....when you start the car it will be a little noisy until the lifters become fully charged again so dont be scared.
