buying a car

i'm buying a 95 gsx in 2 weeks.

What would you do to check the car out?

I allready talked to a local dsm mechanic (gary at mitsugraveyard) and i'm getting the car checked for 45$ pr hour.

Things i want him to check:

compression test
leakdown
quality of oil in the car
any signs of rust
raise the car so that he can look under to check no bushings are worn out.
check for any leaks (coolant or oil)

If i buy this car, here are additional things i want done:

change oil\oil filter
T-belt and water pump replacement (should i pay extra for balance shaft removal?)
flush cooling system and refill
check plugs and replace if not good
change bushings in suspension if worn.

If you know of any specific things i should check\have replaced if i buy it, please tell me i just want to make sure i get a good car. The car has a 6-bolt. Can i use a 95 eprom in the 6-bolt and use dsmlink?

yea i got reccomended to him but he is 40min away from the car, there is a guy named ricky that runs next level in brooklyn that the owner told me whe could go to have it checked..
