i have been searching a while but to no avail.ok just paid $250.00 for 17c turbo, ported exhaust manifold, adapter plate port polished 2g head (stock cams, no valves) and all the harware i need for the head. My question is at low boost (10-15psi) will i need more than a logger and an afc? As in will i need bigger injectors?I'm a little nervous just bolting it up and seeing how it logs. thanx

Here ya go bro. Check the upgrade path. Its good info.

personally i think a logger is a must have. even without the afc and injectors. you know what is running where and if there are problems you can read the trouble codes. i'd do a fuel pump before the injectors, well, thats in stage one of the link i sent ya. read the link!!!
:)

i've read those upgrade paths soooo many times. i know it flows the same as a 16g so i was wondering if my 450's would be good for it at lower boost.i have very limited funds but i also don't want to skip anything that might bite me later. but fuel pump is the one mod i forgot to list. i have a 190lph walbro. thanx guys. any the resources are very limited on the install of this 17c turbo on s 2g. i imagine it is fairly strait forward right.? adapter plate here silicone j there. ne ways n e one with experience with these 17c let me know thanx alot

i wasz told a 2nd gen head flows a little better(maybe maybe not, the guy selling me these parts owns an 11 sec awd talon so i was taking his word for it)

you was told right -
a 2g head does "flow" better. and there engineered better.
a 1g head has larger ports and gives better top end. while a 2g head is better
bottom end.
