So i have a JRC intercooler and im using the top middle and two outer bottom brackets to support my intercooler up, i didn't have the brackets on their tight at all and gave it some space but it remained pretty stiff. A week later the top middle bracket broke off so i flipped my intercooler upside down and now the bottom bracket broke off. I took it down to the local machine shop and they are having too much trouble welding on this small piece of aluminum back to the intercooler. I was wondering if anyone has had this same problem before and know a simple solution that i can use.

If you don't care what it looks like JB Weld will hold aluminum. Otherwise your only option is to get it tig welded back on.
