I recently cracked my valve cover on the top where the sparkplug wires are is not a big crack but it is noticeable can I drive my car like that until I can switch it or do I have to get a new one right away?

You'll need to replace it but it is drivable. Be careful that oil doesn't seep into the spark plug cylinders. Then you'll need to replace your plugs and wires. Oil eats spark plug wires.
