Yes, i did a search-This threat is for those who have or are using this turbo.At what rpm does it start to bulid boost and when does full boost come on ?For those with the proper supporting mods to run this turbo successfully.Ihave been told the stats on the turbo but wanted to hear from other's who are actually using it.As well what kind of fuel mangement are you using vpc,apexi?i'm intrested in buying this turbo this why i ask.
 
A br500 is a an upgrade turbo for the 3000gt VR4...... Just running one of those turbos on your car would be a waste... Its basically a turbo in between a 14b and 16g. They are an upgrade on the 3000gt becuase they run 2 of them.. But running one on your car is a waste.. Plus i dont see how they would hook up unless you had your stuff custom done... Just look for a 16g /big/ or evo3 16g... Those are cheap as dirt now and are better.... :shhh:
 
wtf are you talking about, an upgrade for a vr4? I think he meant the buschur racing 500 turbo (BR500). All that is is a PTE turbo that BR gave its own name to. I dont remember what turbo is called what but do a search.
 
What are you talking about?i'm talking about the buschur racing 500 turbo.Anyone here running one of them if so what is your results as well as complaints about the br500.
 
br is for buschur racing not dr or whatever,Does anybody here know anything?My god this board is weak and know one has a clue.I guess since dsmtalk closed this is the new board for bullshit-all talk and more talk.And i thought honda people were g#y.

I don't have personal experience with the BR500, but I he names his turbo for the amount of powre that he's seen from them...i.e. BR580=580whp BR500=500whp.
If you don't get the response you're looking for here, why not just call Bushur yourself or search HIS tech forum...
 
I run a BR580 and I'm hitting 21lbs around 4400-4500. With a good breathing setup you should be down a couple of hundred RPMs. I was running mine on a MkIV SMIC and 2.5" exhaust. I'll see how much lower it is this year with my FMIC and cut out.

Thankls dude i'm chill so no reason to tell me to be col.Did you read my post i only want to hear from those who are using or have used it.Did you ever use it-i didnt think so.I got numbers from bush but now i want to hear from those who have used it.Being told something for someone is one thing but i like a little more info before i make a purchase that is why i ask.Once again i will wait for someone who has actually uesed it-Thank you
 
A BR500 is a 50 trim turbo. The newest version uses a BB center center section mated to a GT turbine wheel. You can search tons of threads on comparable 50 trims to get the answers you are looking for.

How a person talks show what kind of person they are. Take your time and fix spelling mistakes. It will go a long ways. The first thing I notice about a person is if they know how to spell properly or not. Makes a big difference when asking someone for help.
 
the 'new 50trim' you spoke of above from PTE which technically isnt a 50trim, does NOT use a BB center. It uses the newer lighter more efficient GT wheels yes, but is not a BB center. Its a GT3251.

Both the BR500 and the BR580 are available in BB center sections. The 580 is basicaly a GT35R with a mitsu flanged hotside(GT35turbine/61mm compressor). The BR500 was the 50 trim compressor wheel. I do not know for sure whether he is using the 50 trim compressor wheel in the BB version or not but the non BB version definately was. The new BB version is probably a GT30R flanged with a Mitsu hotside (GT30 turbine/52lb/min compressor) but it could still contain the smaller 50 trim wheel.
 
My bad i couldve swarn i saw DR500 and not BR thats totally my fault... but yeah i have no info on the BR500 turbo sorry but the Dr500's are for a Vr4 3000gt..... And plus this forum is not weak otherwise y would you waste your time posting a question here? GFG
