BOV vacuum line

If the vacuum line that goes from the BOV to the intake gets taken off and the hole plugged on the intake end, what ill effects will happen? Any damage possible to car? This is on a bone stock 2g.

You'll get compressor surge and a grenaded turbo.

There are no extra vacuum lines on a DSM whose removal are going to get you any worthwhile gains on the street.
