When I installed my FMIC/piping the only thing hose I could find to fit my BOV return to the intake was a vacuum cleaner hose. The rubber hoses I tried would just collapse because of the severe angle of the bends. Any ideas?

Go to home depot and see if they have clear tubing in the size you need. That's what I did ;)

i'm using shop vac hose and its held up nicely for few months now.
if for some reason it fails, I have 15 feet of it in my garage

The flexible hose for sump pumps works okay. When I tried this I was curious if it would create the whistling noise you get when whip ribbed tubing. Nada. Quieter than stock rubber hose.

Another interesting type of tubing I tried in a pinch was a piece of bicycle tire inner tube. This worked fine for several days until I found and corrected a boost leak, then KAPOW! I checked under the hood and found the remains of the hose. It looked like a bomb had exploded inside the tube. I laughed (and vented) all the way home.

LOL that just made my day... i'm trying to get something that'll hook up my pipes to, i have all dejon piping 3" intake and it's in a really funky position after it's all clamped down... the intake bov return flange is poking up higher to the hood and is closer to the passengers side of the car...LOL i hope i find some kind tube...
