Anyone got any better ideas on how to route this?

Only thing I could think of would be the cut the hose in half and put some type of "U" in place. It could be plastic or metal but something that comes bent and wont kink.

Personally I would vent....But if you must, they make moulded 90deg bends. siliconeintakes.com. Check them out

I was running into the same problem when recirculating by BOV, I actually used a plumbing J-pipe with some pieces of extra radiator hose I had laying around, worked perfectly.

That's what I did. You can pick up a j-pipe at the hardware store for less than 10 bucks but you'll probably need a pipe cutter or dremel to trim it the size you need :thumb:
