Hey guy, I have another problem with my DSM.

I just recent replace my Turbo Xs type S bov because it was vented and the idle was bad. I replace it with a turbo XS type S RFL that i custom made to recirculate. After the install, I started up the car, the idle was good and steady ant 900 rpm. Then I revved it to 5 or 6K, the bov sounded good and loud. I revved it a couple of time because the bov is freakin loud. Idle was still good. I turned off the car, after an hour or two later, I started the car then the idle was still good, I revved it up to 5 or 6K, no sound from the bov. I let the car idle and i check all the vacuum line, and the costom hose for the recirculatin, and it was all good I revved it up again and still nothing. revved it the second time, it sounded.WTF I revved it again then nothing happend again.:| I cleand the bov before intalling it.

I check the bov and oiled the piston. (still nothing)
I check all vacuum lines (no leak)
I check for boost leak (no leak anywhere.)

Is there anything else I have to check that im forgeting?

please help

thanks
