BOV Installation

I just got my NGR Type S and Type S flange, and im curious to see if anyone else has it, what they think of it, and how easy installation was for them

It's about a 1 on a scale of 1-10 on difficulty of installation.

its usually 2 screws, thats it.

It's about as easy as taking off the intake snorkel

do you have the weld on flange? or bolt in pipe + flange like this one...

Did it make like a funky whistle under vac? Mine does almost sounds like squeeky brakes

YES! it was so annoying..i went with the hks ssqv3 and love it. its a push type so no leaky

Dammit, my 1g bov and this ngr one are both doing it, but the 1g is soooo much worse. I'm going to shoot them an email to see if anything can be done. I may go with an hks if I have to.

maybe you can retrofit a new slightly stiffer spring in the bov's so it wont be so easy to open under vac..i know mines only "cracked"open a little under high vac

Yeah the type s only does it a little. Like for a second, but it's still noticeable. I'll see what they say about it
