Did BLT and had no leaks.....outside. The BOV leaks from its outlet to the intake side of the turbo.

With BLtester at 5 psi the BOV leaks....just a tad. I can hold my palm over it and stop the leak.

With BLtester at 20 psi the BOV leaks....just a tad. I can hold my palm over it and stop the leak

With BLtester at 30 psi same amount of air coming out of BOV.....until I popped my upper inter-cooler connection.

Stock 2G T-25 turbo and Stock BOV. Its bad right?

you have a 2g. you said its still the stock bov. its junk i mean its made out of plastic they dont hold pressure worth a damn. look in the classified ads for a 1g bov cheap and very effective.

1g BOV or get a Forge BOV. It's relatively inexpensive and will hold more boost than a 1g will. If you go with a Forge BOV you won't have to get your UIC flaged for a 1g. I bought one a few weeks ago because my 1g bov was leaking at 15psi and I didn't want to lose and flow by crushing it. I am very happy with my purchase.

I assume by the responses that the BOV is indeed bad.

However, I cannot complain. My car 1995 Eagle Talon TSI was bought by me brand new off the show room floor 18 years ago.

The OEM BOV worked very well for me until I put it in storage 6 years ago. Guess its time to upgrade.

Might try to garage mod it first. See what happens.

what do you mean garage mod it is that like the dodge mod. if so you cant cus its PLASTIC. get a 1g bov there like 15 20 bucks here online. i belive there flanged the same but dont quote me on that ive never had a 2g so im not 100% sure.
