BOV and Boost controller question.

I curretly have a '95 Talon TSI with a big 16g/ 2.5 catback exhaust/1G intercooler/Ebay intake tube and filter. My questions are, what BOV, and boost controller is recomended? what gauges, and fuel pump/injectors are recomended? what chips/computer upgrades are recomended? thanks for any help

Its all personal preferance really. Look in peoples' profiles and see what the fast people are running. There's also this http://www.dsmreviews.com/index2.php3 which I would take with a large grain of salt.

Look at what places like Buschur and RRE sell, see what people racing professionally use, etc... There isn't a list of perfect parts and no one here will ever agree on what to use.

Being you have a 95 I would spit up the cash for DSMlink for fuel managment, not only do youhave control over fuel and timing indepent of each other, the logger rate is thru the roof compared to any other ODB-II car. AWESOME tech support, constant upgrades, and can do almost anything you would need it to do, studder box, antilag, nitrous control, CEL disables, ect.

For BOV, anything other than the stock 2G plastic POS. a 1G is even a upgrade to what you have. Just make sure it does not leak, and CAN be recirculated.

BCs can be a cheap hallman manual, or a more expensive eletric model (Greddy Prof B), really depend on how much you want to spend and what conviences you want.

For injector I say FIC and for the Pump a Walbro, read up on others opnions and if going for the 255 (either LP or HP) be sure to get a nice AFPR. but a 190 would be suffeciant for what you have now. And you can save the cost of the AFPR.

Gauges, well how much do you want to spend? I have all Greddy PHW, and they cost pretty good, but they go with the scheme of the car and look good, plus the quality is great to boot with the exception ofthe EGT probe (you can search my name and EGT to see what Im talking about). Autometers are pretty cheap but work, how many NASCAR, NHRA, ect use them, but I have seen my fair sahre of autometers go bad, (internal leaks, stepper motors, ect) plus after holding a autometer in one hand and a greddy/ blitz, ect in the other, you can feel the difference.

There is a upgrade path but if you can afford all of what youare asking you are following the upgrade path pretty good, but look into a clutch, after a bigger turbo and supporting mods they start to go out.

As far as the bov goes you can get any that recirculates (such as Greddy).
You can either get a ManualBoostController or ElectronicBoostConroller, it all depends on your budget. I'd personally go with a MBC since they cost a whole lot less and perform as well as an electronic unit.
I don't know what your hp goal is but with your 16g I would go with a 190lb fuel pump and 550cc injectors.
You also might consider getting a FMIC.
