bosch o2 sensor garbage?

I just bought a bosch o2 sensor and it reads .01 it fluctuates a bit when i floor it.

I have a na 4g63 that i put a turbo on with a turbo ecu , 550 cc injector a afc at -17 (it feels the best at 17) it should be at -22 i think to be the same as 450 but th car runs like shit for some reason.I dont get good gas milage at this but i dont hav ea wide band so i dont know

For o2 sesnors on a stock DSM I use nothing but OEM from the factory, I realy don't care for the aftermarket garbage they have for o2 sensors.
